职责描述： 1. Through implementation, communication, cooperation and leadership to ensure related production tasks are completed by quality, quantity and deliver schedule requirement. 通过执行，交流，合作与领导确保相关的生产任务能够保质保量的完成并能满足送货需求。 2. Coach, training, develop and evaluate shift leaders, line leaders and operators. 能够辅导，培训，发展班组长，线长及操作工。 3. Implement SAP, ITAC system at production line. 确保SAP, ITAC等系统在产线的有效运行。 4. Monitor the online inventory to ensure stock accuracy. 监控线边库存，确保线边库存的准确性。 5. Deal with the issues at production line, follow up till closed. 协调解决产线异常，并跟踪问题的关闭。 6. Focus on production process, improve efficiency continuously. 关注并优化产线过程，持续提升生产效率。 7. Achieve and maintain 5S, safety tasks in the workshop. 在车间维持5S，安全等。 8. Other job assigned by management . 完成主管上级指派的其它工作。 任职要求： 1. Good English-- writing and listening. 良好的英语听写能力。 2. Independent, good team player, good communication, organization and coordination ability. 独立自主能力，较强的团队合作，良好的沟通和组织协调能力。 3. Proactive, timely feedback, strong pressure resistance and self-regulation. 积极主动，及时反馈，抗压能力强且能自我调节。 工作经验要求 At least three years’ work experience in electronic industry production related. 至少三年以上电子行业生产制造工作经验
