Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Researcher Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting our recruitment team with the following tasks:
• Conducting thorough research on potential candidates for open positions;
• Creating and maintaining a database of potential candidates;
• Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate evaluations;
• Assisting with scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers;
• Providing support for various recruitment activities and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written;
• Strong organizational and research skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
